I pointed this out to the prime sponsor in the Senate as well as several other legislators.<br /><br />SB 1360 also included a alterations to the law that impact an Adult Adoptee's access to their Original Birth Certificate, eliminating OBC access in the State of PA altogther. Adoptees cannot even petition the court for the original document now. They are permitted a few bits of information called the "OBC summary" with permission of the Original Parents.
